Free Return and Exchange for Quality Issues

  • NOTE:

    1. If you received a product in the wrong size or with the color problem, email us your message pictures, order number and item number.

    2. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

    3. The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

    4. The return shipping fee is at customers' own expense.

    5. The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

    6. Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.

    7. Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.

    8. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

    We will sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway and get back to you asap.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Fulfillment
  • If your item arrives damaged or if we fulfill the wrong item(s), we will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund to the item(s).
  • Contact us at within 30 days from the date of delivery, and include relevant details and any supporting evidence. Our support team will assist you accordingly.
  • Please note that if you choose colors across different fabrics, the colors may vary greatly. It doesn't mean that we make the wrong colour. e.g. Burnt orange of chiffon is quite different to the burnt orange of silk satin.
Out-of-Stock Items
  • In rare cases where items become out of stock after you have placed an order, we may offer a full refund or a partial refund for the affected item(s).
  • Our support team will promptly notify you if this situation occurs, and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Used or Washed Items
  • As part of our commitment to sustainability, we encourage customers to refrain from returning used or washed items, as they cannot be resold.

Limited Return Policy for Clearance Sale Items

Please take note of our return policy for clearance sale items:

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased during our clearance sale. All clearance sale purchases are final.

  • Quality Assurance: Rest assured, our clearance sale items have undergone the same rigorous quality checks as our regular inventory. If you have concerns about the quality or condition of your clearance sale item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Exchanges (if applicable): We will only replace items from the clearance sale if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a defective or damaged clearance sale item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Limited Return Policy for Special Sales

  • When you buy items as part of a BOGO promotion, the discount will be applied to the lowest-priced item and then distributed proportionally to each item. If you decide to return any of the purchased items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount of each item. 
  • All orders placed with any of our Black Friday / Cyber Monday discount codes are only eligible for a return for store credit, no exchanges or refunds. If you purchase an item that is marked as a final sale, the item is not eligible for any form of a return. We do not offer price adjustments for any previous orders.

Fulfillment Location

  • Your items will be shipped from the nearest warehouse based on your shipping address; however, if items are out of stock at the local warehouse, we will ship them from our global warehouse in Mexico, Italy, and China depending on the item you purchase. Thus, once the item needs returned, it will be required to return to the specific abroad warehouses.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies.
  • All returns must meet the requirements of unused, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
  • You are responsible for the shipping fees incurred if you choose the wrong item or do not want the item you ordered. Please check the product information before purchase, especially the size chart.
